This years Kirklees primary science conference will bring together nationally recognised trainers and organisations with the aim of giving delegates activities, ideas and resources that will enable them to enhance creativity in science throughout the school.

Science Enquiry - Beyond the Classroom Walls - KS1 & KS2

There are many ways to introduce and deliver science inside and outside the classroom and this course aims to develop a range of skills to enthuse the children in science using the environment as a context. Delegates will look at different ways to deliver scientific enquiry and use ICT to enhance the children's experience. Organisation and management of a class during science will be considered, where risk assessments are required and how to make the most of the resources we have.
