Every November, for 31 years now, Kirklees has hosted the Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival. It is a hugely prestigious festival featuring the best new music - beautiful, challenging, strange and intriguing performances. Every year, people travel from all around the world to attend the Festival and visit Huddersfield.
