Evaluating Equalities Version 2 provides a tool for all schools to use to evaluate the extent to which they are responding to equality and diversity. It enables schools to undertake impact assessments for all aspects of equality and is linked to the Ofsted Framework and the School Evaluation Framework (SEF).

- STAGE Review and Targets 2006 & 2008
Review: Use this to compare your actual results for 2006 with the targets you set for 2006 for the boys and girls within the different ethnic groups. The spreadsheet will calculate for you the variance between targets and results.
