Mind Games
Mind Games is an area on our website aimed at developing various parts of the brain.
Each day will include one JigSaw type activity, one problem solving activity,
one using Keyboard skills,
one spacial activity,
one logic activity and one purely for fun.
The participants need to be reminded that as different parts of the brain are being used
there will be some games they find easy and some which they find more difficult.

Frenz
A simple game of trapping the opposite colour but can you beat the computer?
Counter Round Up
A modern version of a very old game. By jumping over the marbles into a space can you end up with just one on the board?
Sheepish
By using the keys on your keyboard can move the sheep into the pens at the other side of the board?
Rocketman
Can you work out the angles and the power needed to get the rocketman through his task?
Jewel Quest
Can you put together combinations of jewels and gain the highest score?
The Dyson Game
By pushing and pulling the ball bearings how many levels can you achieve?
Day 2
Charlie's Angels Swapper
Another 3 level jigsaw with a difference.
Blobs
Can you work out how to jump over the blobs to work your way up the levels.
Mastermind
By placing coloured pegs into the board you have to try and work out the combination set by the computer.
Frogger
Using the arrow keys on your keyboard can you get the frog across the road and the river to the other side of the river bank?
Blox Forever
Follow the instructions to destroy the bloxx. What level can you achieve in the time given?
Magic Vines
Turn the bamboo shoots and the vines to make combinations of 3. Can you achieve the highest score in the group?
Car Game
A simple game of moving cars and buses backwards and forwards in order to get the pink car out of the garage.
Day 3
INXS Swapper
Another 3 level jigsaw with a difference.
Topsy Turvy
Link the marbles of similar colours but watch out as the globe turns round.
Bunch
Swap the colours to make rows of 3s and 4s. The more you make the higher the score.
Monkey Lander
Using the arrow keys on your keyboard can to catch the fruit and land the spaceship? How many levels can you manage?
Shove It
How many levels of the game can you achieve. This is not as easy as it looks.
Concentration Cube
A game in which you have to think in 3D. Just match the symbols on any of the sides of the cube.
