Number Bonds
Many learners find maths difficult because they do not grasp the relationship between simple numbers .
They fail to grasp that 6 + 4 is the same as 4 + 6 .
That only certain numbers add up to 10's , that 27 + 43 must add up to a number ending in 0.
That subtraction is the opposite of addition .
That division is the opposite of multiplication .
Therefore this section is on Number Bonds , the relationship between numbers.

Everyone needs to know their times tables. Young learners nowadays seem reluctant to put in the hard work required to learn them.
