What is it about?
- Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) – Level 2 Food Safety in Catering
- Unit 42 of the Support Work in Schools Vocational Qualification supplied by CACHE.
What will I get out of it?
The course will ensure that you are trained and competent in the following:-
1. Keeping yourself clean and hygienic
2. Keeping your working area clean and hygienic.
3. How to store food safely
4. How to hold and serve food safely
