Planning to introduce 10% Guaranteed PPA Time - Workshops

Under the terms of the National Agreement, from September 2005 all teachers must be given a minimum 10 percent guaranteed professional time within the school day for planning, preparation and assessment. Guaranteed PPA time will contribute significantly to raising standards by giving teachers time during the school day in which to engage in individual and collaborative activity.

We are offering workshops designed to support schools in defining their PPA strategy now so that it can be incorporated into agreeing the budgets and new timetables during the spring term.
